Kongo Kivu coffee grows at about 1500 m above sea level. on the plateau surrounding the tectonic Kivu lake. It is a coffee with a distinct acidity and intense aroma. On the other hand, however, this acidity is concealed by the sweet caramel. In addition, coffee is dominated by the notes of ripe citrus and walnuts. Kongo Kivu is above all sweet, full of taste and extremely pleasant in drinking.
