Coffee from this region is characterized by low acidity and a velvety body with notes of dried apricot, roasted hazelnut, dark chocolate and sweet honey. The high quality of this coffee is the result of a combination of two factors: the geographic diversity of the plantation area and the meticulous work of the Gonzalez-Carillo family - from the work of harvesting to the processing of the beans to the delivery of the coffee.
