Albert Tea IRISH BLEND - The English have their breakfast tea. Irish said that it is too weak and have created their own mix. While trying Irish style teas, I’ve learned that the secret of their taste lies in the smoky taste of Assam tea. Knowing this secret I created something for my own collection. The ideal composition of high quality black teas with a clearly dominant Assam tea perfectly awakens people to life.

- 1 spoon per cup

- water temp: 100 deg. C
