El Salvador SHG (Strictly High Grown) grows in areas over 1200 m above sea level. It is perfectly harmonized and quite mild in taste. It is also characterized by high acidity. This mid-American coffee is exceptionally soft, as if silky in taste, and at the same time very expressive, full and rich with a perceptible taste of forest fruits and a delicate spicy-cinnamon aftertaste.
